How are your clothes made?
All Lat0 pieces are created from our own designs inspired by Ecuadorian culture and are manufactured with carefully selected materials and processes that ensure comfort, durability, and a unique finish.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards and Apple Pay, and Venmo depending on your country.

Does the embroidery/print design wear off over time?
No, we use high-quality techniques and materials to ensure the designs maintain their shape and color with proper use and washing.

Can I customize a design?
We don't currently offer customizations, but we're constantly releasing limited editions and unique collaborations.

What do I do if I have a problem with my shipment?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll help you as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States and Ecuador. Cost and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I exchange or return a product?
We accept size exchanges within the first 10 days of delivery given that the product is in perfect condition and includes its original tags. We do not accept returns.

How should I care for my Lat0 garments?
We recommend washing them in cold water, on a gentle cycle, and air drying them. Avoid using the dryer or ironing directly on prints or embroidery.
